I did not have a good experience here. I brought in several pair of slacks and a jacket to be taken in. The slacks have a European cut on the waist called an "after dinner split" after measuring and pinning all the slacks I made sure that the split would remain. It was only then that I was told that they were going to remove it because it was "too hard" Had I not specifically asked the entire look of my slacks would have changed and I wasn't going to be told about it in advance. For my jacket, I dropped it off and paid for the alterations. Two hours before the jacket was to be ready I received a call that they had forgot to charge me for the alterations. The amount that they forgot to charge more than doubled the cost of the alterations. At that point I had no option other than to pay because #1, they'd already cut up my jacket, and #2, I needed the alterations for an event and they'd had the jacket for 10 days so I had no time to go somewhere else. The alterations to the jacket were good, but between doubling the cost of my jacket and not telling me they were going to change the way that my pants were styled, I will not be back.

I ordered my wedding dress from over seas taking a gamble hoping it will fit. Of course it needed some alterations but Mrs. Yunny assured me it could be fixed just how I would like for my big day. She worked her magic and now my dress fits like a glove I’m so happy with the results it only took 2 weeks for me to get back I am truly grateful she was able to get it fixed in a timely manner.

I strongly advise taking your demin alterations elsewhere. The stitching varied in thickness and was completely crooked. When I pointed it out, they assured me it could be fixed. When they were done, my jeans looked the same as the day before when I complained. They didn't seem to understand, maybe language barrier, the length was good so their job was done. Completely unsatisfied.
