Nice, clean office. Dr was nice. The lady who took care of my paperwork was great! staff was great. Although the lady who answered phone could have been a bit more knowledgeable in knowing results. But other than that everything was great.

I cannot say enough good things about Emerald! She is truly the sweetest aesthetician. What I love most is how she takes her time with me—she never makes me feel rushed and really sits and listens to my concerns. She always gives thoughtful, personalized advice that has made such a difference in my skin. Every appointment feels like self-care, not just a treatment. Emerald ROCKS. I have gone to 3 other places in Houston - All of which were highly recommended & highly skilled. None of these places could ever beat the services you get from Emerald. She is the BEST & the service & knowledge she delivers can’t be beat by no other person! She has an unbelievable amount of patience & focuses on your needs & making sure you get the results you want no matter what! I will not go to anyone else but Emerald. Try her & you join me & others that will never trust anyone else but Emerald!

Z-med is outstanding! Dr.Allen Ford is great at addressing all of my medical needs. The staff is all attentive, polite and professional. The facilities are always kept hygienic and always kept to perfection. The TRT program is hands down the best in my opinion. *5

My wife and I are working on my In-laws visa adjustment and we were sent here by our legal advisor to have them check for wellness and immunization. Along the process, we had no issues. They followed up and checked up on us. Everything was okay until our last visit August 26th, appointment at 4:30 pm. We were asked to comeback to sign some paper for the results. Once we were done, we waited for the files for us to be given. We waited on the lobby, and that's when I overheard the front desk staff making fun of my In-laws name. They even recalled past names that they thought were "funny." I am assuming they had foreign clients from the past who were there for the same reason because there is not many places that offer this service in town. They were reading it like "tong ling long long," and i almost wanted to confront them, but i refused. To future "ASIAN" clients, I do not recommend this place because they might make fun of your names behind your back. To the management, you might wanna tell your staff to keep locker room talk, in the locker room. Not loud in the open where your clients wait.
