Victoria from the north town location was AMAZING!! I went in with a friend for some (very very late) Christmas shopping for my husband, and also had a tight budget. She helped me pick out two wonderful pieces, and they were both below budget! She was so helpful, and knowledgable. Plus, remarkable customer service! Will definitely be going back to this location, and hopefully, seeing Victoria again!

Kim M. was so amazing to work with! She was so attentive and truly listened to what I wanted. She even searched to see if we could get a ring like I wanted online. Truly appreciate her assistance in finding the perfect ring! She even made us wishlist with the other things we found in the store! Thank you Kim! I wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am for Kim M at the Northtown mall location. If you are looking for a ring go to Kim. She is so friendly, kind and sweet. She makes you feel so welcome and truly cares that you get what you want! She made Zales feel like a home. She has been the nicest and most caring representative I have come in contact with since I have started my search for a ring. I found exactly what I wanted because of her. I highly recommend the Northtown location, and I highly recommend everyone to go see Kim!

I went into the Northtown Mall, Zales to pick up a ring and met the salesman, Joey. What an absolute joy to interact with. He is so polite, patient and fun. After picking up my initial purchase, I was looking for a cross for my son. I found one and was unsure how the chain length and size would look on a man. Joey took off his tie, put the necklace on and let me take a picture so I would have a visual. Although I decided not to buy the necklace, Joey’s demeanor didn’t change. I shopped more and found 2 rings, but couldn’t decide about purchasing them and said I needed a couple of days. With a big smile, he said it’s okay and we made an appointment for me to come back. NEVER any pressure. When I went back in for the appointment, Joey was just as happy, polite, pleasant and fun as my other interactions. If you are looking for jewelry, treat yourself to a shopping experience with Joey. I promise, purchase or not, you will be smiling. Also, I absolutely love the jewelry I purchased, too.
