I have purchased some very nice rings from here. I even got my beautiful engagement ring from here. I love the fact that I can upgrade when I want a new look for my cocktail ring and the upgrade cost I end up paying is minimal. The employees are knowledgable and go out of their way to help you get the perfect piece. If you want reasonable pricing and quality pieces and phenomenal service, pull up! I haven't been to any other locations but the Gratiot spot, but maybe I will stop in one of the other locations to see what great treasures they hold.

Went in today (5/24/25) to buy a rolex.Maybe it's because I was dressed like a working man? Asked the salesman about a particular style of watch of Rolex And he just kind of waved his arms over the showcase and not showed me specifically what I was asking for maybe he wasn't well versed in Rolex watches and thought I wasn't either? I explained to him how my date just had just gotten stolen. And I was looking to replace it. It's almost as if he thought I was lying or something really turned me off. I ended up buying a bracelet for my kid.
