Unprofessional handling and unsettling owner response On my most recent visit, my drink was packed with so much ice that it was uncomfortable to drink. I asked if they could strain out some of the ice. The staff member said, “I don’t know how to do that,” and handed me an empty cup—which I didn’t want—so I ended up trying to remove the ice myself. The cup looked about half full because it was packed with ice, but there was very little actual drink. When I removed some ice, the small amount of liquid spilled out—so I was left with almost nothing. When I returned to show what happened and asked if anything could be done, I was told it had “been over an hour” and nothing could be done due to policy and that I should email customer service—but it had been about 45 minutes since I entered the shop (not an hour since receiving the drink). To be clear: I did not ask for a replacement—I simply asked what could be done. I would have been fine with a clear, straightforward policy explanation, but it was never explained—only enforced with an inaccurate timeline. What made this experience worse was the owner’s public response afterward. Instead of addressing the service breakdown, she referenced “camera footage,” implied I engaged in “unnecessary behavior,” and suggested I was being untruthful, without providing any concrete facts related to my complaint. That felt inappropriate and intimidating in response to a straightforward customer-service issue. For clarity: if the owner reviewed any footage, the only “behavior” it would show is me asking for the staff member’s name after being told to email customer service so I could reference the interaction accurately. Also, the shop often feels dirty (crumbs left in the seating area), the trash is frequently overflowing, and the coffee has been inconsistent (burnt). I won’t be returning, and I recommend choosing another coffee shop if you want straightforward, professional customer service.

Some of the best coffee/espresso in town -incredibly well roasted, and full flavor no bitterness. If you can rock an Americano in my books since there nothing to hide the flavor but some water, then A+ for me. That being said, the specialty drinks are also fabulous; I loved the iced corn latte they had one time on a game day! Very happy that they opened a Lincoln location. Folks working here are super nice as well!

My wife, daughter and I stopped by a few days ago and had a very positive first visit (for the Lincoln site). The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The toast flight was filling for the 3 of us (I personally am a *big* pesto fan, so the pesto avocado was my favorite). The service was excellent and quick with friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

Wow!!!! Absolutely 💯 recommend! I had Honey Butter Cold foam- so good and not too sweet, my hubby had Caramel Vibe hot coffee and it was phenomenal as well. Pesto Avocado toast was excellent as well, little over salted but great . Nice music and atmosphere. Staff were also very helpful and attentive. Perfect spot for great coffee and study!

So awesome to see an Omaha coffee spot make its way to Lincoln. The dining space is huge and cozy, and they have a large menu for drinks and light meals. I got the black and pink latte (mocha with cold foam) and it was so delicious. 🖤🩷
