Naomi takes excellent care of my golden retriever—she’s thorough, gentle, and always takes her time to ensure he’s well washed, brushed, and trimmed. He’s always excited to go back, which says a lot about the kindness and care he receives from her.

When we sold our house and moved to the city one of the biggest worries we had was getting our very anxious cavalier groomed by a professional and caring dog groomer as he was so comfy with his current groomer. We came across Naomi from ZEN and after a dramatic dog dad text to Naomi explaining his anxieties our worries were put to bed. Our first time going he was anxious but just the other day we took him for his 3rd groom at ZEN and he was excited and went straight to Naomi with kisses and that is a credit to Naomi’s calm and caring nature. The quality of the grooms have been unlike any other and is worth every cent. You can tell quality products are used as the scent last for weeks. Honestly cannot recommend ZEN enough. Thank you ZEN

After struggling to find a groomer that would look after our girl in a caring way for nearly 2 years in Newcastle I finally came across Naomi. Initial interactions showed she was responsive and I hoped she was as caring as her website showed. Our dog is nearly 13 and is not well, she doesn’t like other dogs as she was attacked when she was 2. She hates being put in a cage and is scared when locked up with other dogs barking. Naomi only has 1 dog at a time in her beautiful space. She has done a lovely clip on Missy and she smells delicious. The photos forwarded by Naomi shows she was not stressed at all in her company. We have found a groomer. Thank you Naomi.
