Today I went for a 90 minute Swedish massage. This was my first time going to Zen Massage Therapy. I found their Customer Service to be great. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The receptionist was great. Super efficient upon my initial call. My masseuse was Linda. She was excellent! Clearly, she is very intuitive and experienced. She did a great job checking in with me all during the appointment. She was able to adjust very quickly when I said the pressure was either too hard or too soft in some places. Would highly recommend her as she is extremely skilled, thorough, personable and professional. I would definitely return to this place. It’s too bad. I live in San Mateo, but it would be worth the drive.
Walked into Zen Massage Therapy last Tuesday. Friendly front desk staff greeted right away. Pricing very reasonable with a chart to circle “focus” areas for the masseuse “excellent touch”. Profoundly clean floors walls and rooms with a serene lavender backdrop. My 1 hour Swedish was 5 stars. Pressure perfect, music nice and I never wanted to leave. Definitely will come back and try all the masseuses. Possibly join membership next time.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who thoughtfully asked if I needed to use their facilities before my massage. This small reminder was appreciated. I was then escorted to my room and given clear directions in preparation for my massage therapist's arrival. Linda, my masseuse, possessed remarkably strong and skilled hands. While I had indicated my focus areas at the front desk, Linda identified three knots in my back that needed attention, whereas I was only aware of one tight spot. After my massage, I thanked Linda and got dressed. She kindly awaited me in the lobby with a refreshing glass of water. It was then that I decided to inquire about their membership options. I can easily envision myself becoming a regular customer, coming in monthly for either a deep tissue or a relaxing Swedish massage. The receptionist was very informative, mentioning that all necessary information is accessible online, making the process even more convenient. I can't believe I didn't discover this hidden gem sooner. Zen Massage Therapy exudes an ambiance of cleanliness and professionalism without the extravagant trappings often associated with large spas. It's a no-nonsense place where you can simply get your massage and head home. Sometimes, that's exactly what I need—efficient and effective relaxation without dedicating half my day to spa activities. In fact, I've already booked an appointment for my mother this upcoming weekend. If you're seeking a place where you can unwind, rejuvenate your body and mind, and appreciate a straightforward approach to massage therapy, then Zen Massage Therapy is the ideal destination. It's conveniently located in a pleasant shopping center, making it easy to find and access.
It’s good but not better that Kelly’s massage at Mountain View .. but again better place to have massage at San Jose so far I have experienced. Price is but high 75$ for one dollar and then tips. I had massage from miss Wendy, she is good but she can give more pressure l.. since I like deep tissue with high pressure . Hygienic place , with good environment
