I inquired on their website after hours, not expecting to hear back from anyone too soon. Ended up getting a call from Trish a couple hours later, well after normal business hours, which was great. Was able to get a diagnostic appt set for the next day. Nathan and Michael were quick and professional with great communication about my issue. Solid team to work with.

Jose Ruiz got the job done same day! Lower than other companies! Great work! Fast and absolutely no hassle! Michael Flores and Steven Lopez took pride in their work! Installed and cleaned up nicely for us! I would highly recommend their work! We just bought the house and they sold it to us with a ac that wasn’t good and hid the information from us! Goettl came out with the seller and hid a lot of information and were charging almost $17k to get a new unit! Again not about beating prices! It’s about the good work and how the business handled themselves! Thank you for making this easy for us

I want to give a huge thanks to Salvador and Trisha with zero heating for being so quick to take care of my needs. My heater went out right before the cold winter. When we had the temps drop my house was an ice box. They came out quick when I told them I was using my stove to heat the house. Quick timely professional family feeling when working with them. They took care of this veteran and even offered a 10 percent discount. I highly recommend doing your business with zero heating quality service with great prices. Trust me when I say I'm on a budget and zero heating takes that into consideration. Thank you again to Salvador and Trisha and zero heating team for making me feel like part of their family. Loving my new cool home. My old unit (Carrier) was ready to be replaced. Found out that the 3.5 ton unit for my home was too small for my square footage. So Zero A/C replaced it with a 4 ton Amana unit. Price was great. They even offer financing at 0% with a minor fee depending on how many years you want to spread your payments over. 2 yr labor warranty included. Many others only offered 1 year. Michael who installed the unit was professional and cleaned up after he was finished. Explained what I needed to do or didn’t need to worry about regarding preventative maintenance on the new unit. Vincent is a great salesman. Spent time at my home regarding every concern I had and really proved to me that I needed to choose them. No pressure. Just convincing information and they responded quickly.
