Exceeded my expectations. The customer service was great. The ability to book was great, and the difference in my tile is significant. I was very surprised how reasonably priced it was. I will definitely make tile/grout cleaning an annual event. The before and after are tough to make out, but, it is a very big difference

Rep was nice and accommodating of my schedule. The cleaning however was not as thorough as I had hoped. There were several areas missed where cushions weren’t manipulated to get all areas. Photos show areas that were completely dry/not done in each section of the couch. Would have expected a bit more focus/effort in the specific areas discussed prior to start as well. Last company spent at least twice as much time on the couch as this service and looked pretty good when it dried - not perfect, it’s an old couch. Will see how it looks once it drys but likely choose another provider next time.
