Can’t say enough positive things about this company and my Tech. Great communication showed up exactly when he said did a walk-through set my expectations and took care of business! He was super friendly, very professional and did a great job! One of the most surprising things was it was exactly what they quoted me and they gave me a discount. That has never happened before with any carpet cleaning company Ever! Usually when they get here, they try to upsell you on everything And it’s never the price they quote you over the phone. I am super happy and we will recommend This company to everyone I know.

I’m extremely happy with Ronnie and Mason from Zerorez. Ronnie is the definition of great customer service. I was ready to replace our carpet, but they came in and made our floors look brand new. They cleaned the entire house—travertine, rugs, sofa, everything. Our home is now fully ready for the holidays.

Jovanny A. called an hour prior his ETA. He did a work thru of the job area. I initially scheduled to just have him clean our Shag rug. I asked about an estimate if to add more rooms & he professionally quoted a reasonable price with the help of the office personnel. Ended up having him/ ZeroRez clean 2 bedrooms, closet space, 2 set of stairs plus 80 sq ft shag rug. Jovanny, finished the service in a timely manner. He is very personable & professional. Great job man!!! Will surely & highly recommend Jovanny A./ ZeroRez SD to my fellow neighbors & friends. Thanks again.

The process was very quick, and booking the appt was easy. They gave me a call before arriving and then showed up on time. They were very friendly and did a great job! The couches look so clean, and so does the carpet. Very professional! Would totally recommend them!!

Matthew did a wonderful job with sanitizing as well as cleaning our carpet in the primary bedroom, two other bedrooms, stairs and two large rugs in our living and dining room. We had quite a few pet stains on the carpet, and he was very knowledgeable about how to get rid of them, and sanitize properly. I’m impressed with how clean and fresh everything smells! He was very personable, polite, knowledgeable and professional. A bit pricey, but worth the quality of his work.
