Not saying what the law firm told me is a lie or the truth. When I called to confirm my deposit information I was told by a lady it was by my bank. I have set the deposit to go to my pay pal. I called back when I received a email saying payments are going out Called to confirm about the date. Gentleman said the deposit be in my pay pal account in a few days. Well 5 days want by. no deposit. Called back to see if it will take a little more time. The lady told me the deposits haven't started to go out yet it will happen in a few days. it can take up to a week. I said knowing it does take time to get things going why was I told it was sent out. She said the deposits haven't gone out and it will be a week before they do. and will take a week to a month before the deposit is in my pay pal account. I said that is not what you just told me. you said it will be a few days. Understanding things take time. But when tell a customer something need to make sure everyone is on the same page and give the right information out. not different information.
