The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure all our questions were answered. They did excellent work and take care of everything and all details even after work. Update on 9/16/2025 The owner of this company clearly needs to give me back some of my hard earned money as I found another issue. I was obviously used by the owner as his practice model. Here is another mistake his crew made, in this picture you can see a low spot in the roof, highlighted by the blue circle. Unbelievable to hear his staff member say each time, they will make sure there are no more areas that need correction ? I am the one that keeps finding these bad areas, they are not hidden? Update on 10/30/2024 They replaced the roof back in June of 2023 and here I go again, finding more bad workmanship. I am still finding debris in my yard after all this time, nails and pieces of old and new roofing material. These two new pictures clearly show the problem, especially the flashing for the power as that may be how mice are getting into the attic. I also saw that all the edges around the whole roof are cut unevenly, just unbelievable as I paid a lot of money to be their practice model in how to do a roof the wrong way. They say trust is their success, that went away once I saw several things, debris in my yard everywhere and on the roof, brown painted flashing's and vents instead of white and the job was not complete in at least two spots. Benny said they were sorry, that should not have to be said ever when your professional, which they clearly lack, it seemed like the crew rushed the job as there are tar spots on sections of the roof, on my deck and other messed up spots. They have had to come back two additional times, this last one to correct the shingle section where it overhangs. I could push a wooden dowel under it about four inches in, they had to secure the whole front and back sections. Now I found a low area on the roof near the garage. This weakened area will most likely not hold the weight of snow. I am worried about what will happen when the rain, snow and wind come this winter, considering what else might be wrong. Wow, I got a call from Everett today saying the garage section is clearly a structural issue and he will give me an estimate for it to be repaired ? They do not even realize who their customers are, they did the whole roof job to begin with in June of 2023. You can see in my newest picture I pointed this out and they went right over it.
