Nikki was incredibly professional and kind. As it was my first time getting hair removal, I was quite nervous at the beginning, but she immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions patiently. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and the treatment was done very efficiently and professionally. Nikki is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about her clients’ experience. The whole appointment was much more comfortable than I expected, and the results were great. This was a fantastic experience overall, and I would highly recommend Nikki to anyone, especially first-timers.

I literally just had the most AMAZING wax of my life. I just had some spare time and the girls where so nice finding me a spot with Niky the owner. She was lovely and the whole experience was just so nice, for the first time I did a Brazilian wax without pain! I will be back 100%!!

Friendly, caring, smooth and on time! I went on the Saturday after Boxing Day, they were super busy but so friendly! Vee did my face and eyebrows, fab work. And the OG Niki did the rest, and was so professional. Didn't know she has been running this business for more than two decades, and had been working since 6 AM today! Way to go! Thank you ladies for working during the holidays. This is the only place I trust in Melbs for my waxing. PS AND if you wanna do a favour, get to your salon appointment earlier than the time. It makes life easier for everyone 😊 HAPPY WAXING!

I got my waxing done with Alexandra, and she was absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Her technique was flawless super gentle yet incredibly thorough. Honestly, it was one of the least painful and most professional waxing experiences I’ve ever had! She paid attention to every detail, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and the results are just perfect. My skin feels so smooth and fresh! If you ever book here, ask for Alexandra “she’s an absolute star!

I’ve been coming here every 2–3 months for my waxing, and I must say—kudos to MEL! She’s excellent at what she does: friendly, gentle, and very professional. I highly recommend her! The only downside of this place is when you are 5-10 minutes late, they will charge you for the full amount. At least they should give a time allowance or atleast charge half of the cost..Just saying🙂
