I have been extremely impressed with ZipRent. They are handling the management of a rental property for us, and everything they have done has been 100% professional. They respond quickly to every request, concern, or communication. They have kept us informed of every development during the entire process. Also, their pricing is reasonable. They have a flat rate fee, which is much superior to the percentage fee that other management services charge. I give them five stars because that's as high as the rating system will allow. I have had absolutely no negative interactions with them at all. They've been great and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a property managed.
I had a great experience working with Ziprent. They were incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire rental process. As someone renting from out of town, I really appreciated how easy they made everything from communication to paperwork. They were always available to answer my questions and made me feel secure every step of the way. I highly recommend Ziprent for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free rental experience.
Ziprent appears to be trying to solve a problem in the property management industry. What problem is up for speculation. We had a miserable leasing experience, we've had multiple repair issues, and each time, rather than solving the problem, Ziprent manages to drag out the resolution time to weeks or months. Ziprent is also incapable of taking constructive feedback (no, your auto-generated emails sent at midnight are not helpful). The owner reached out to us initially to ask about our experience; we offered feedback on areas that could use improvement (such as phones being answered when people call, or more updated info when Ziprent is the last party needed to countersign a lease)--and never heard another word back. The intent for good is here; unfortunately, a lack of accountability (and a high level of defensiveness when any suggestions are made) as well as reluctance to reflect on how to make the overall experience better seems to come at the cost of a truly improved experience, especially for renters.
Ziprent has been great to work with throughout the rental process. They’ve been professional, responsive, and very helpful every step of the way. The application, approval, and lease signing were all smooth and efficient. I’m set to move in two weeks from now, and everything has been handled clearly and with care. I really appreciate how organized and communicative their team has been—I’m feeling confident and excited about moving in. Highly recommend Ziprent based on my experience so far!
This is my first time living in a townhouse and I gotta say, I absolutely love it. I love the Korean theme of the home because it's different from other homes I visited, and I love different unique things. Moreover, the staff at Ziprent we're fast and effective at helping me to view the home in person and moved quick with all the paperwork and getting it to the owner. The staff is very professional and polite and it was a great experience. I really appreciate the opportunity of being able to rent this home. Oh and I cannot leave out the view it is amazing.
