We got our bearded dragon here, and it was our very first reptile purchase. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient while my kiddo made her selection and asked lots of questions. What I really appreciated was that multiple staff members asked if we already had a large enough terrarium, a basking lamp, and a UVB light. It showed they truly cared about making sure the animals were going to good homes and had everything they needed to thrive. All the bearded dragons I saw looked healthy and well cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back here for food and supplies, and I highly recommend this pet store to anyone looking to add a reptile to their family!

Such a fun and knowledgeable place. The owner is absolutely awesome and knows his stuff. His staff is beyond helpful, you can tell they learned from the best. Great price on the terrarium supplies and plants!

The storekeepers provided absolutely wonderful service. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the tarantula I wanted and were able to immediately provide me with all of the materials to create a wonderful home for my new family member. Huge shoutout to Brenan and Jill for their incredible service. Additionally all of their animals look very happy and healthy. Best pet store in Austin💙

Bring a nose plug... the smell made my eyes burn. Very dirty store. Also hardly anything but reptiles and tarantulas. The cages were dirty too. Only domestic rabbit and chinchilla. That being said if you like snakes, lizards, and tarantula they have quite a few different species of all.

Wonderful family run reptile store. You can tell they love what they do and do it right! All the animals are well taken care of and the staff is very knowledgeable and caring. The selection of reptile food is above and beyond. Thank you for my new best friend! Mr. Colby Jack!
