I had an incredibly positive experience at Zoom Room Lakewood. Every member of staff was so kind, compassionate and showed genuine care to every dog that walked in the door. I only had the opportunity to attend one training class, but they were incredibly attentive to each dog uniquely and made sure to provide an atmosphere that each dog could feel successful in (whether they were nervous, excited, or had difficulty focusing). In addition, I had an opportunity to interact with some of the management team as well, who were incredibly kind and compassionate during a difficult situation (special shoutout to the owner, Pedram!). It was so nice to feel treated with care by a business, which has unfortunately become all too rare these days. Their kindness truly made a difference during a difficult time! If you are looking for a place that will teach you and your dogs skills/training to be successful- with kindness, enthusiasm and attentiveness- this is it!! I hope to have the opportunity to return one day soon and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive environment for you and your dog!

This review is for trainer Mike. (I left another review, but it got lost) From the first time I emailed with him asking about the CGC test, he was welcoming and offering solutions. I’ve been in his class and he has great energy, he is very good handling the dogs, and he is so nice to people. I feel he can teach anyone. I highly recommend Mike.

We have been taking our dog here for 7 months. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The trainers are knowledgeable and communicate instructions well. The classes are informative and easy to implement the information at home. Our dog LOVES going here. The location has great parking, is clean, and offers lots of supplies for purchase. It feels like a community. We love everyone human & dog here!
