Always the best! I’ve tried many nail salons in the city but always end up back at Zorina. Can’t go wrong with any of the manicurists. They are all thorough and ensure a wonderful manicure!

I gave 2 stars solely for ambiance. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst manicure experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been to Zorina’s Union Street location before and have frequently booked junior masters, so I typically expect below-average but passable service. Today’s appointment was completely different and unacceptable. I booked at the new Pacific Ave location. The junior master immediately wet my cuticles, despite Russian manicures being a dry technique. As someone who has been to nearly every Russian manicurist in the Bay Area, I have very high standards and could tell right away the service was not being performed correctly. The gel removal was poorly done, leaving my nails rigid with leftover product. Once she began filing, I knew I couldn’t continue. After filing only three fingers and my thumb, she bent my thumbnail back, causing significant pain. At that point, I asked to stop the service. The photos clearly reflect the condition of my nails. What made the experience worse was the front desk interaction. When I stopped the appointment, I expected to pay the standard $50 cancellation fee. Instead, I was told I would be charged $70 for “cuticle work,” which was baffling considering my cuticles were not cut or touched. She only thought they were done because my usual manicurist is excellent even with me needing a touch up. I ultimately paid $40 for gel removal and filing few nails. Complete SCAM and poor service Zorina’s has a reputation in the Bay Area for mediocre Russian manicures, even among top masters, and this experience unfortunately reinforced that. I’ve only gone here in the past for emergencies like today, but this visit went beyond that. It was painful, poorly executed, and handled unprofessionally.

I’ve gone to Zorina nails a couple times for a Russian manicure with both a Master and Top Master. I love getting my nails done but traditional soak off gel doesn’t last more than two weeks on me and I am notorious for peeling it off (I know I know you shouldn’t do that 🙈). I wanted to see if the dry/e-file Russian manicure technique was worth the hype and the price. After having two full cycles of manicures I can confidently say that it is. Every single nail tech at Zorina is professional and incredibly detail oriented. I’ve had my nails last 4+ weeks with no chipping/breakage. Yes it’s pricey, but it’s truly worth it.

They do such clean work and their studio spaces are so nice! I got my wedding nails done here and absolutely loved them. Great attention to detail and the hard gel lasts so long. Highly recommend!

I am so glad to have found Zorina Nail Studio! This review is long overdue; I have been exclusively treating myself to Zorina manicures for the past year and a half. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails from family and friends. My nails have gotten healthier and stronger since coming here- I finally can grow my nails out long enough to have an almond shape and they don’t break! Also it feels super worth it because my nails never chip! My manicures last at least 4-5 weeks and sometimes I have gone even longer in between with no chips. I’ve been satisfied with each manicure I have received and the nail techs and employees are all so talented and kind. Thank you Zorina for making my nail dreams come true!
