Zozi's Loft

The experience with Richard was nothing short of outstanding from the moment I called. He went above and beyond to obtain a media center for me, going as far as to call his contact at the Port of Oakland to see if there were any unclaimed pieces still on the ship en route. He also made special delivery arrangements for me since I live out of the area. Everything went flawlessly and I can't wait to do business with Zozi's again. The quality of the furniture was impeccable as well. It was a Greenington Rowan media center. Solid construction, well built and very functional as well as the finish being perfect for the room. Nothing but 5 stars all around!

Highly recommend Zozi’s Loft! We recently moved to SF and had such a hard time finding a good quality, comfortable couch for a decent price until we found Zozi’s Loft. We were disappointed in the options available at Room & Board, Ikea, Wayfair, and other furniture stores. We went into Zozi’s Loft to custom build a couch but we ended up finding this beautiful black leather couch. We were in need of a couch asap and it was a blessing that Zozi’s Loft offers same day delivery.

We recently bought a home and found Zozi’s by accident (we were stuck in traffic and happened to see the store!). Our new place is a funky old building and our old furniture simply didn’t fit. Richard worked with us to find the right solution, match a few designs we like, and build a custom couch that maximizes comfort in our space. It was affordable, high quality, and FAST! New couch was delivered and installed exactly 14 days since I stepped foot inside the store with my measurements and loose ideas. I’m attaching a before/after pics and the quick drawing he made for us so we could finalize our ideas. We even managed to add a pull out bed which was something we didn’t think we’d be able to do with any of the other couches we’d looked at. It’s been one week in our new living room and so far we can’t imagine our space without this couch!

With a recommendation & many glowing reviews, I visited Zozi’s website and found my dream couch. Though it wasn’t in the showroom, the sales person pointed out couch with the same feel. 7 weeks later, my dream sofa is a reality. Fantastic people, accurate timing, great prices, and beautiful furniture. Zozi’s has my heart & my loyalty.
