Justin, Eric H, and Allen were amazing! They helped me move items from my apartment into a U-Haul and did an excellent job packing everything securely and efficiently. They were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Everything was handled with care, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing moving help.

They were absolutely wonderful! Communication before the move was great. They called me when they were on the way, too. They were able to get me moved in just short of 2 hours. (1 bedroom, 1st floor to a 2 bedroom, 1st floor.) Both guys were professional, respectful, and kind. Nothing was damaged and they moved really quickly, too! For the move, I paid less than $400, which is waaaayyyy better than other companies quoted me. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Being Impressed with ATX movers is easy! I had the BEST moving experience EVER! Their team of Justin and Eric H. Were OUTSTANDING!!! Helpful and kind does not begin to explain these two men who worked Non-Stop, and very thoughtful and careful with my mother’s antique furniture and all my belongings! GREAT JOB! Will use them again when ready for my final move! I also need to thank April who kindly and professionally arranges the move, pricing, And that wonderful reminder call of the Teams move day! First, my piano was damaged in the move. I told the company and was compensated $100 but am not really sure how to buff out the deep scratches on the front of the piano. I’m so sad that it looks this way now! Second, they “accidentally” took my porch chair. I reached out and they said they didn’t have it. Low and behold it was “under some blankets” in their truck? It just sounded so unbelievable that they couldn’t see it because the chair is not small and fully reclines. Had to coordinate a time for the mover guy to come by and drop it off. Third, it took 5 hours for two men to move my 1 bed/1 bath apartment to another apartment 1.5 miles away. I was quoted 3 hours and it took an additional 2 hours! I was shocked. Also, one of the guys complained the entire time – “this dresser is SO HEAVY” and “Is there an elevator at the other apartment? (Me: Yes.) Oh good.” Total charge? $916.70 to move a 1-bedroom apartment only 1.5 miles. Crazy expensive. I cannot believe it took 5 hours for them to move me. This is a mom-and-pop company. There’s a reason why this company charges less per hour ($169/hour) than others in Austin. The two movers showed up in a truck and attached trailer. Not a normal 10-foot moving truck but a Chevy pick-up and an attached trailer. From start to finish, it felt very weird. I would not recommend.

This was our third move with ATX Movers, and once again, they delivered above and beyond expectations! Elijah, Jose, Eric, and Justin were an amazing team—friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They took all the stress out of moving. We have a ton of fragile items and glassware, and everything was wrapped with extreme care. Not a single item was damaged. They packed up nearly our entire 4-bedroom townhome (everything but the kitchen sink!) and moved us into our new home with absolute ease. The quote was accurate, with no surprises, and the packing materials were better priced than what you'd find at a big box store. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. If you’re looking for movers you can trust, stop searching and call ATX Movers—they are hands down the absolute best in the business.
