Had six new Michelin Agilis 245/70R19.5 mounted on a Class A Winnebago on a Ford F53 18,000 lb chassis. Very good on price. Surprised that the mounting was done outside using floor jacks, but the tech (Ethan) had clearly done this before and although the process was overly manual and subjected the tech to some risk, he did a good job. Shop uses balancing bead bags and the new tires were out of balance. No good solution to correct that except using a different weight of balancing bags, which involved a guess. As a resolution, I was offered a refund of the balancing bead bags to be put toward balancing the tires at my own shop. I accepted the latter and my shop put the tires in balance with lead wheel weights. The refund did not quite cover what it cost to take it to another shop. Disappointed with the balancing issue, but impressed by the strong customer service ethic here and the desire to make things right. The guys were all easy to work with.

I've developed a strong affinity for Discount Tires in Tucson due to their exceptional service. To anyone purchasing tires from this establishment, I highly recommend investing in a warranty, as it proves to be highly beneficial. Their mobile service is particularly noteworthy, offering roadside assistance for flat tires, which they will repair promptly. Recently, after hitting a pothole on Wrightstown, I damaged the sidewall of my tire, and Discount Tires provided a new tire under warranty. The mobile service team arrived equipped with everything needed, including tire balancing equipment. Normally, the tires for my van would cost at least $350 each; however, with the warranty, I only paid $50 per tire, plus a $50 fee for the mobile service call, which included balancing and repair. If you're seeking assistance, Jake is the ideal contact. I would rate my experience 10 stars if possible. The Discount Tires location on Tanque Verde is truly exceptional.

I’ve never had the pleasure of being around an entire store that’s so caring about you! they give honest advice and suggestions even honest opinions regarding your car it goes beyond trying to make a sale they work with you to find a solution. Other stores can say they care about your safety these people prove it, no matter what time I have to go it’s the same kindness throughout all the people who work here!

I had a nail and went in about 20 minutes before closing time. I was immediately helped out and they were going to repair my tire quickly but then I decided at the last minute I just want all four tires replaced. They happily did it even though they were about to close. Everybody was friendly I won't seem to irritated that I pulled this at the last minute. Very grateful for them and their assistance
