I went with a nail in my tire. ( Tires are not more then 6 months old) They tried to tell me my tires are messed up and I need new ones that they will sell me some for 1300 . I went to two different tire shops for a different opinion. Both of them said they are good that they don't look bad at all. I don't know if it's cause I'm a woman but I don't appreciate you guys trying to rip me off , $1300 doesn't come easy. I thought you guys would be a lot more honest and trustworthy. I will keep giving my money and time to a better company who doesn't try to get me for all I got.

Discount is always solid but I just had the best experience at this location. I brought my new car in to get the tires checked since I’d bought it from carvana and knew nothing about the car/tires (or about cars/tires in general). Chandler and Manny took their time helping me file a claim and advocating for me - I walked out with four brand new tires that night. It’s really rare to get the kind of service, especially on a Friday when the place is packed full of customers. 10/10 recommend discount and this location specifically. Thanks guys 🫶

Discount Tire always treats me right. In and out, no hassle, and the team actually takes the time to make sure everything’s safe and dialed in. I had an appointment yesterday morning, I felt ill so, I rescheduled afternoon. No worries not feeling my best I arrived at 1:30pm for my 3pm appointment. Came early for lil shopping and lunch in the Area. 2:50 .. Mind you every encounter was polite. ( I digress) I encounter Manny.. Who seemed to have problems pulling up my appointment for 3pm. As he looked up I barely caught his eye. ( hairline i saw) I should have known without eye contact. Manny okay's me as I handed over my key. My impression was as stated in my reservation: anything we should know " Tire pressure light is on/ Tire consultant , Rotate and it was a free tired service I clicked. I need the tires to be able too ride me now. Manny talked about two tires being low one almost to the wire click click on the computer.. Price 4 Tires, no spare, ( just purchased the car cash tires looked ok) one out of 4 good good Manny suggested 2 tired keep so I'll have a spare... Click Click... $$$ hundred and odd dollars.. Manny let's see if we take off these extra.. Note: I am seeing with my own eyes 👀 Manny clicked and click as I noticed the only 0.00 was coming off several 0.00 when the warranty came off it came down to appropriate $289.Give or take $20. I wasn't prepared to purchase a tire on the spot . Manny suggested financing... Can' not. Long story Long.. Manny never took time to address my low tire pressure besides replacing two.. Now remember , Manny said I only need one tire my other would be a good working. I was handed my keys and shown the door...Not even sp much as air ..SHAME ON YOU MANNY! You left a woman in despair.
