From the moment my appointment began, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She walked me through every step, checked in constantly, and made sure I was 100% happy with everything. Her work is so flawless that I didn’t even need to double-check. She had already taken care of everything. The level of hygiene she maintains is unmatched. If you expect top-tier cleanliness and professionalism, you will not find higher standards than Lavi’s at Love Wax. Absolutely no double dipping, ever. She expertly uses both hard and soft wax and thoughtfully adjusts based on your comfort level. She made sure I knew which wax suited my body best and used only that, always letting me know if she was switching. That level of care and communication is rare. Lavi has been threading my eyebrows for the past six months and every time she does an amazing job! She is meticulous and takes all the time and care to make sure your eyebrows look exactly how you like each time. I wasn't happy with my previous brow shape and she helped my grow out the parts I didn't like and now I love them! She is so sweet and kind, I couldn't recommend her more to anyone living in Melbourne looking for a threading place! Her studio is clean and she is very professional, easy to book online!
