I absolutely love Néktar Juice Bar! The smoothies and acai bowls are always fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. The service is amazing, everyone is super friendly, patient, and welcoming
So, has food safety and sanitation gone out the window, or do people just not care anymore? I came into Nekter, just recovering from Covid, looking for a fresh juice to help boost my immune system. The cashier handled money, didn’t wash her hands, and then put on a clean pair of gloves—meaning whatever germs were on her hands were now on the gloves touching my fruit. When I politely asked her to wash her hands before putting on the gloves, she was very humble and continued to be super sweet. My concern isn’t her attitude—she was kind—it’s the fact that she didn’t know this basic food safety practice. Have we stopped teaching and prioritizing food safety and sanitation?
The smoothie was good, the service was not. Every time I go to this location the staff is grumpy. I feel like they're upset I came in. I thought it was just a fluke the first time but no, it's every time and I even try to be super nice and tip for the service. It's uncomfortable.
Great experience at this Nekter! Love their açaí banana berry bowl and added peanut butter. So delicious. The staff was super friendly and quick with my order.
The Banana Berry Acai bowel is my favorite. It is consistently good! Very well made and fast! The staff members are very helpful and sweet. I love this store! If they can make the seats more comfortable, I may stay longer and purchase more items!
