My first time in the store was definitely a win! I was helped by Nahome and his customer service was top tier. He was super friendly and knowledgeable regarding my inquiries. He was also super patient with me which I appreciate being I had a lot of questions. I was able to sell a couple of items and the transaction was easy / stress free. I would highly recommend this location if you want to buy , sell, or trade electronics AND experience quality customer service.
This store scammed me via their eBay store. The posting advertised a full record player. What arrived was missing multiple components, including the lid, drive belt, power cable, and counter-weight. I reported this to them but they insisted the order was delivered. Plastic on the arm was snapped off as well. Needless to say this record player couldn’t play any records. They insisted I return the pile of e-waste they sent me in the first place. Congrats on burning a customer forever.

I recently stopped by to sell my PC since I haven’t had the time to use it anymore, and the experience was excellent. The clerk was both helpful and fair while inspecting and valuing my items, and even went the extra mile by letting me charge my phone while I waited. As a big Pokémon fan, I was also impressed to see they carry some really cool Pokémon cards and even original Game Boy Advance games. The whole process was quick and hassle-free — I was in and out in just 20 minutes. If you’re looking to sell electronics or just want an honest idea of what your device is worth, I definitely recommend checking this place out.
PayMore was very professional and realistic, the energy was amazing the moment I walked in. Not only was I able to sell my camera they understood the value of it and the need for it. Even while waiting it was nothing but laughter and good conversations. I would highly recommend! Not only that I was given an offer and was able to negotiate and get a better offer at the end
