Yesterday I visited Therapy Salon with my mom, who is visiting from Argentina, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were kindly offered a drink, which made us feel very welcome. Jordan took care of us and was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and truly gifted. He made my mom feel comfortable, cared for, and relaxed the entire time. She left looking beautiful and feeling so happy with the result. Thank you for making this experience so special for her. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this salon.
I love going to Therapy salon! I was greeted by someone at the front desk who made me a delicious holiday coffee. Next, Carissa had me fill out a quick questionnaire so she could best serve me today. I love how I can let her know whether or not I’m in a chatty mood! Each time I visit, the appointment is tailored to how I’m feeling! I love my hair cut and color!!!
This was my first visit to Therapy and I saw Kellen. She did a great job! She really listened but also gave me her ideas and suggestions, which I appreciated. My color came out great and I was very pleased!! She was really nice too, and easy to talk to. The salon was very welcoming and I’ll definitely be going back! Thanks Kellen!
Jordan was exceptional. His greeting was warm and inviting. He took time to discuss what I was thinking of doing with my hair today and how to get it to a healthier state. His kindness towards me and my DIY YouTube haircuts. ☺️. He graciously accessed the condition of my overgrown, long, dry and fine hair, and then shared his knowledge about how much length to cut and about what products my hair needed. He explained that the products he selected were clean and made of naturally sourced ingredients that nourish damaged hair. The products smell amazing (but not overpowering ) and my hair was THIRSTY. Finally, his techniques of both gently detangling my hair and finishing with the finished blowout was worth praise! So, Jordan, Thank you very much! My hair feels and looks so healthy. You made my visit feel like I’ve been to the spa today. Thank you to you and your team for your welcoming hospitality. ( Your team makes me want to better serve my customers at my own job with the same level of respect , care and service.)
Bryan is fantastic!! So glad I found him! I love Hair Therapy-the staff, salon and location are top notch! I am very picky-having moved to Charlotte this year and losing my stylist after 30yrs due to our move, I had to really do my research and am so happy that I chose wisely with Bryan and Hair Therapy!! Now my daughters have appointments lined up! Great product line too! If you’re looking for a new salon or are new to the area, you won’t regret going to Hair Therapy! I’ve seen the work of the other stylists and you cannot go wrong with whomever you book an appointment with!! Highly recommend!!
