We were definitely overdue to replace our water heater. It wasn’t failing yet, but it was so old that it couldn’t really be serviced anymore. Travis Crawford walked us through several replacement options, all of which came with at least a 6 year warranty, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The office team was incredibly easy to work with and communicated clearly before, during, and after the install. Ricardo was the lead plumber and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Even better, they handled the install in the middle of an ice storm without a single issue. They replaced our 15 year old unit with a brand new, higher efficiency water heater in right around two hours. I feel really good about both the price and the decision to work with Travis Crawford. At 16 years old, our old unit could have gone at any time. Pro tip: flush your water heaters, people! We’ll absolutely use Travis Crawford again.
I bought a 100 year-old home and it needed significant electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair (up to $100k). The team worked with me to make a game plan and the results are excellent. The staff is so responsive and personable. They are interested in the job and the work. They have an incredible work ethic, and their tradecraft is superb. They use top quality products, they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need, and they genuinely want you to be safe and comfortable. I have worked with many specialist in all three areas, and no company has come close. I give Travis Crawford my very highest recommendation.
Contacted Travis Crawford HVAC on 1/06/26 to check over a 25 year old system and the technician pointed out several extensive problem areas. Was hoping to put off installing new system until the spring and was given options -- replacing the unit at this time made more sense. Travis Crawford gave prices of 3 systems. I was not pressured to choose the most exspensive one (though all 3 were fairly comparable). Nor did they tried to "upsell" other services. The system was installed the next day. All of the technicians and office staff I met were very personal and professional. I am looking forward to working with them in the future on several updates to the plumbing and electrical projects.
Justin was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done right the first time. Great quality work and very reliable would absolutely use him again.
Great service from start to finish. True 24/7 customer service. We had a sewage smell coming from one toilet and our tech Timothy Vanhoose was able to find the true root cause and fully repair it properly. The flange on the drain pipe was damaged. Full flange and piping were repaired. He was very knowledgeable and provided great explanations on how the full plumbing system works. I truly recommend Travis Crawford team.
