Interior Detail Service: Seat and Carpet [$120] Time to complete: Around 20 minutes. Respectfully, this service was a 3.9 / 5 Upon arrival, I asked the manager if they used an extractor when doing interior detailing, he said yes. When I pulled up to the station and examined their tools… it was clear that they did not. I wish the workers would have told me they preferred to speak Spanish, as I attempted to instruct them that I really only cared about the driver’s side. The workers did okay, but they did not detail the “knee-portion” of the seat or vacuumed underneath this seat. Hence this was a 4/5 experience as a customer.
I had my car washed here today, and I’m really disappointed with the service, especially considering I paid $80. Tires: Out of the four tires, only two were polished properly. The other two were left untouched, which looks sloppy and unprofessional. Interior: The interior was not cleaned well at all. It was still full of dirt and dust, especially on the dashboard and seats. For this price, I expected a proper vacuum at the very least, but they didn’t even do that properly. Exterior: They didn’t even bother to wipe the front logo – it was visibly dirty, and you can clearly see it in the photos I’ve added. For $80, this is unacceptable. I expected much better attention to detail and basic cleaning. I won’t be coming back unless the service improves dramatically.
I'm a member of Wash Masters and I came to this location. He gave me a detailing And they did an amazing job!! I'm an Uber driver and I always have to wash my car. Literally on a daily. It's nice to have someone else do it. Trust me. I'm great doing it myself but it's nice to have a break and take the work load off!! I love having a car wash I can go anywhere. I have a membership with Wash Master, and I have to say that the service at this location is simply outstanding. They did an interior cleaning on my car, and I was blown away—my car looked as shiny as the day I bought it! I want to especially highlight General Manager Moe, a person with an admirable ability to handle any situation with professionalism and kindness. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen someone with such outstanding managerial skills. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication. I’m leaving with an excellent impression of all of you.
