RCD tripped on December 31st. After patiently guiding me over the phone in an attempt to restore my power, nothing worked. They showed up the next day, January 1st, when usually nothing moves and sorted the issue. Very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Cannot thank you enough for the provided service.
Although he couldn’t attend in person due to the late hour, he kindly offered to guide me through the issue via video call instead. He was very professional, patient, and clear with his explanations, and in the end we successfully solved the problem with my tripped fuse box.
