This review is for Fariba. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave a review, but because of the unprofessional behavior I experienced, I felt I had to share my experience. As shown in the photos, my hair turned into a disaster. I requested an ash/cool tone, but my hair became orange/green and there was nothing that could be done at that point to fix the color. The technique was not done correctly, and I ended up going to another salon and paying a lot of money just to make it look slightly better than the orange/copper result I was left with. However, the worst part wasn’t even the result — it was the attitude afterward. Despite the damage to my hair, I was asked to pay the salon fee. I didn’t complain, I didn’t leave a negative review, and in the end I paid the salon fee, but still there was no accountability or understanding of the situation. For me, professionalism, ethics, and responsibility all matter. I will never return to this salon for hair coloring again.
This was my first time here! I was a little nervous because ive never tinted my brows. Sahar did an AMAZING JOB! I cried when i saw my brows. It eas such a difference from when i first walked in. Ill be back!
I recently visited Brow & Wax Wizard Salon for the first time and had my eyebrows done by Sahar. I was on the hunt for a new spot after my previous brow lady moved away, and I’m so glad I found this place. Sahar was super welcoming and took the time to understand what I wanted. I had been to another place before that kept over arching my brows, but Sahar recommended a more natural shape and even suggested a serum I could grab at Sephora to help my brows grow in a bit more evenly. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Great hospitality and a bunch of services that I’m definitely curious to try next time. The only small surprise was the pricing. The website listed eyebrow services at $10, but there was a $3 upcharge for men that wasn’t mentioned online. Not a big deal at all, just something to be aware of ahead of time. I’m looking forward to coming back!
I never had the eyebrow lamination done before so I didn’t know what to expect. I came in late but Par was super nice and took me in right away. She did great work and I loved how they turned out. She let me know there was a promotion going on for more than one service which gave me the opportunity to speak with Hana to get my hair cut. I originally had an appointment already scheduled with another salon but Hana was able to fit me in right then. My hair came out great as well and I will be back soon to get my hair colored. Thank you Par and Hana!!

My skin felt amazing afterward—super soft with no irritation—and the results lasted far longer than I expected. I highly recommend their waxing services to anyone looking for a smooth, long-lasting finish and a truly pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be scheduling with Suraya again!
