I’ve been going to Burn Boot Camp for a trial period, and I’m seriously impressed! The location is super convenient, and from the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how welcoming and supportive everyone is — not just the staff, but the other members, too. The workouts are challenging and fun, and they truly work for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete. The trainers are incredibly motivating and take the time to help with technique and form, which I really appreciate. Also, the childcare option is a game-changer for parents like me. Overall, the environment is so positive and empowering. I’m so glad I decided to give it a shot- I was in a serious rut lacking motivation to get back into working out and they’ve made it so easy to stay committed!
I have always loved boot camps but getting a little older and having a few injuries I needed to find something else. Burn is PERFECT!! It has a shock absorbing floor so jumping doesn’t hurt. Also it’s focused on SLOW strength training. No more injuries and the classes are small enough that the trainers can actually correct any form issues. I could not be happier. Only 45 minutes a day and after 40 days I’m back into my skinny jeans!
