The coaches are very friendly and informative. The class format is simple and easy to follow. Great for beginners to intermediates. The coach explained well. The class I took had a small group of people who were pretty quiet. I did take an early morning class, so a smaller size is expected. I'm just used to slightly larger so I prefer a larger more energy group. I do group fitness so we can cheer each other on, I enjoy the motivation. A great location. Plenty of parking. Convenient for running errands before or after, or grabbing a bite to eat.
The coaches are simply the best! They are kind and encouraging. They meet you where you are at and help you take steps to transform your health and fitness! I have found my forever fitness home!
I was intimidated by the name, but i wanted to workout with my family member. I am recovering for tennis elbow, the staff was very quick to help with modifications. There were some exercises i could not do yet as i did not have the strength so they would get me a lighter wight. Dont be intimidated bey the name give it a try, you will be surprised at what you can do. And you will be proud of what you can do, its only 30 minutes.
I’m really glad I found Fit Body Fit. I’d been struggling to find the motivation to work out on my own for the past couple of years, so I decided to try group classes. I was surprised by how much I liked it. The environment is very supportive and non-judgmental, and the coaches are so friendly and encouraging. The workouts can be challenging, but the 30 minutes go by fast and I always feel so much better afterwards. Even in the larger classes, the coaches give individual attention to everyone — helping you with your form and motivating everyone to push through. The exercises are always changing too, which keeps things interesting. All around, it’s been a really positive experience and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to get back into a workout routine!

The trainers so inspiring and motivating, and always encouraging you to push past your limits and be your absolute best. Each class is not only a great workout, but also an uplifting experience that leaves you feeling stronger, both physically and mentally. The energy is contagious, and you can tell that everyone here genuinely cares about your growth and success. If you're looking for a place where you'll be challenged, supported, and surrounded by positivity, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough this boot camp is AWESOME!!
