Lifetime is an amazing fitness center. Over the years, they’ve invested, upgraded and maintained this location quite well. In general, the facilities are clean. During prime time, it can get a bit messy (towels strewn about in the locker room, weights all over the place, and water from showers tracked all over the locker room), but it’s generally cleaned up within a few hours. There are new lockers, which finally work great and don’t lock you out randomly. The equipment is very well maintained, with broken equipment being fixed pretty quickly. My one beef with maintenance is that they need to lubricate equipment (ez bar attachments, hip thrust machine, etc) to avoid terrible squealing and screeching. Aside from that, there’s plenty of equipment and space for the number of members at this location. Prime time can get busy, but it’s not terrible. The pool areas are hit or miss. They do their best to maintain the water quality but children are pooping in the water, closing the pool for the day. The outside pool is not cleaned during off season, despite the warmer weather. The dry sauna is the biggest problem at this gym. In other LT locations, there are dedicated saunas for each gender. Here, it’s coed, and it’s not large enough for all who want to use it. Standing room only during busy times. The cedar planks also need to be replaced. The cafe is great, food is always fresh, and the people working the line are always super happy and friendly. And lastly, my biggest complaint is that this gym is overrun with screaming obnoxious children thanks to their daycare and day-camp offerings. Screaming in the cafe, screaming in the locker rooms, screaming in the adult shower area, screaming in the pool area. Pooping in the pools! Obnoxious gaggles of kids everywhere yelling and screaming constantly while the staff monitoring does nothing. It totally kills the vibe of a “country club” style upscale gym. Nothing more relaxing than getting a massage while a child is screaming at the top of their lungs in the adjacent pool area. They really should eliminate the entire daycare in this gym and increase the rates. I’d happily pay double for an 18+ only gym.
Great space and also a nice spot to get some work done. The space is clean, comfortable, and has a really good vibe. I especially have to mention Miss Mai, she truly makes the place feel like home. Her warm smile when you walk in makes a big difference and sets the tone for a great workout. Inga, and Jessica are fantastic trainers as well professional, motivating, and always supportive.
Pretty nice facility that does get busy at normal rush hour times but not too overcrowded. I’ve seen the more modern Lifetime locations which are nice but this one has a certain charm to it and the staff is friendly. The amount of stuff to do here is worth the higher price tag as it’s much more than a standard gym. I wish they would add an outdoor jacuzzi and men/women only dry saunas in the locker rooms. Also, the guest process is super simple and all done through the app. Guests can complete everything before they get there- the instructions are super clear.
I absolutely love this gym. The amount of equipment and for the most part the quality of the equipment is top notch. At this location some of the equipment is getting long in the tooth specifically the older Hammer Strength equipment. Their cardo equipment is top notch and the classes they offer are outstanding. I especially enjoy the Alpha Strength and Cardio. They could also do with some updates to the locker room showers as they are aging a bit but their Sauna and Cold plunge are also awesome. This location also has Pickleball which I use every week and hope more gyms incorporate it.
Swimming, weight training, pickleball, basketball. The staff are very friendly. The group exercise program is excellent. It's good for exercising because it takes care of kids. It's so good for kids to play in the pool. The sauna and spa facilities are great. Above all, the trainers are very good
