What a wonderful shop!! Never a bad word to be said. The staff are always friendly and helpful. On my last visit, Marcus was a new face and very helpful with a vibe about him that will fit in well. Also a shout out to Annabel and Caitlin (that's her middle name, she will understand!) who always bring a smile to everybody's face with their infectious joy! Keep up the very good work, guys. Always a pleasure...

By far the best experience I’ve ever had in a shop. I don’t live in the country but every time I visit I never miss out on going to the little pink shop in Cardiff. Gorgeous, unique clothes and the nicest, most helpful staff. Thank you for being you xx

This GORGEOUS shop and its staff absolutely made my day the other week! We were out shopping in Cardiff on a rainy day, and without a doubt, this shop went above and beyond to make us feel special 💕✨ My sister and I were greeted with a Welsh Cake (immediate +10 points 😍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿), we were kindly assisted while browsing, and we met the wonderful Sadie! Sadie, you’re perfect for your role. We spoke about patriotism, and it was a pleasure to see your pride in your job, the shop (being the only store in Wales), and our culture. I wish you all the best because you truly deserve the world 🌍 On top of everything, I found THE NICEST pair of jeans! They were originally £58, reduced to £27, and then discounted even further, bringing my total to only £21.60. I even had a go at their lucky dip — and as you can probably tell from this review, I just didn’t want to leave! Thanks, guys, for a lovely time — without a doubt, I’ll be back 💃🫶🏼

This was actually the second time I’ve visited the Lucy & Yak store in Cardiff, and it was just as lovely as the first! One of the main reasons we visited Cardiff this weekend was to pop in again — and it absolutely lived up to expectations. I've been to s few different Lucy & Yak stores, but Cardiff is my favourite. The Cardiff team are genuinely some of the loveliest people I’ve met in retail. They were warm, welcoming, and happy to help. The clothes themselves were gorgeous, as always — great quality, super comfy, and full of that signature Lucy & Yak charm. Being able to try everything on in-store just made me love them even more. If you’re a Lucy & Yak fan, the Cardiff shop is definitely worth the trip. Fantastic staff, beautiful clothes, and such a positive atmosphere. I’m so glad I went back!

I’ve been following Lucy & Yak online for years and was overjoyed when I saw they had opened stores! The staff were very friendly & welcoming. They were happy to help, find prints & styles in my size and answer questions! They were low on smaller sizes which was a little disappointing, and I would’ve liked to see other styles of underwear (thongs). My favorite part of the shop was the “ReYak” section, I ended up purchasing a NWT all in one for $45, bargain! Can’t wait to sport my new threads 😎
