Great service and help from Ryan who recommended a handful of running shoes after the Gait analysis experience which was really helpful. All of the staff where really helpful and knowledgable in all fields. Thank you very much on helping me pick my next running shoes!

Great experience today getting the gait analysis. Beth was super helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. Didn't feel rushed at all, tried on a few different pairs and got to use the treadmill to test each one out. Would highly recommend to anyone who's a keen runner or just starting out!

Highly recommend this place for customer service. Ryan was rushed off his feet - pun intended - as he served three customers at once, which didn't include me. I was happy to wait, Ryan gave me excellent service and advice and I walked out with some great gym shoes, discovering later it's the brand my son runs in. No pressure, low key and encouraging. Great place to shop in person.

Not the greatest experience to be honest. I have messaged feedback about my concerns. Nice pair of trainers. Don’t know how appropriate they will be despite my running style (yes I had the gait analysis) oh yes no internet. If you have Vitality get your membership number before going in. This caused me to be late for work. Tip go to Moti on Albany road as much better service all round.

Got my gait analysed there and the guy who did it was really friendly and knowledgeable and generally super patient with me, even when the shop got busy. It's only £15 and you get a £15 voucher to spend on trainers which is valid for 30 days if you don't buy something there and then. Highly recommend!
