Dave was AWESOME! I was hustling to get to the store by 2pm but IH35 and 1604 had trouble spots. I kept him updated and he said he would wait for me. Super kind and professional! Luckily, I was able to get there at 2:01pm! HUGS
I see a lot of great reviews mentioning Karen. I'm sure she is great but I called on a Saturday and David was pretty awesome too! I wasn't able to leave the house so he brought me a couple scooters to choose from, I couldn't believe the service. Friendly, knowledgeable and provided exceptional service! I highly recommend!
They really care about their customers. They’re very patient and answer all your questions. We weren’t in a good spot to purchase this time but they have a wide selection and don’t try to upsell you I will definitely come back!
I am a caregiver for someone wheelchair bound. The brake stopped working. Called one place they told me we needed to buy a new wheelchair! Called Mobility Medical Equipment and Karen said bring it by we can fix it and if need be order a new part. We took it over and she fixed it in about 2 minutes (including time to go get the tools) all it needed is a slight adjustment. She showed me how to do it incase it happened again. Best customer service!!!! I highly recommend them! They are honest and know their stuff!
