Parking and Wheelchair Use Monument Hill Overlook: Accessibility parking is available in the Monument Hill parking lot. From the parking area to the overlook is approximately 300 feet of gravel trail. This section of trail has a moderate grade of incline. Picnic Area: From the lower parking lot it is approximately 150 feet to the picnic area. Terrain is mostly gravel with no incline. (Accessibility parking is available next to the restrooms, but is an additional 50-100 feet away from the picnic area.) Seating Limited bench or picnic table seating is available in both locations. Picnic tables are wheelchair accessible. Service Animals Service animals are allowed in all areas.
