Jacob and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They were On Time andefficient. The whole installation took about four hours and they kept my place neat and clean. They were also very polite And respectful! I would highly recommend A+DERR for your Heating & Cooling needs! Even the salesman who came out to look at my system and gave me the recommendations that I would need to replace my old unit, was polite and cordial. His name is Brad. He’s definitely very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like he was being pushy at all. I feel like for the money I paid it was a good value for the quality of the product and service.
I had a great experience with the team at A+ Derr. Their prices were lower than the other companies I got, they offer good financing options and they were able to install within a week of giving the estimate. They cleaned up nicely after the install as well, and were very polite. I'm happy with my purchase!
I have used their service twice at my first home and my new home. Both times they provided an estimate inclusive of a better AC system at a much lower cost than their competitors. Also the systems were installed and running within 48 hours of signing contracts. I can’t say enough about them, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new ac system. Otherwise you’ll be paying a lot more for less.
From the sales team Brad to the installer Jacob was a simple process, I could not be more happier with our purchase ! I highly recommend ! After the install I was concerned because the existing pipes on the outside of my house were exposed, and I was concerned birds would make a nest , so Brandon came back and changed them with a cover to prevent that ! 9/19/25 , another headache due to poor installation, Jacob had to take the raft from others mistakes , so we will see if my now damaged system is replaced due to human error and water damage! It’s definitely been a ride since the original install date , and a portion of my floor is ruined as well
We financed a hot water heater, furnace and a central air unit through A+Derr heating and cooling & we are very pleased!! The whole process went smoothly. Their Comfort Advisor, Brad Crabtree, was very informative and helped me choose the best units for our needs & walked me through the whole fiance process which turned out to be about 10 minutes or less. I was really nervous about that part cause we r low income but we got a low interest rate, affordable loan, no problem. I was really happy about that. Victor Williams, Josh, and Brad did the installations & they did an outstanding job. Josh did the hot water heater by himself & Victor & Brad did the AC unit & furnace on a separate day. We didn't have to wait for our appointment long (1 day) This team really knows their business & were very detailed. You don't see that too often anymore. They were professional & friendly. They showed up on time, kept good communication letting us know what was getting done & when, let us know when they were arriving, etc. They were also respectful of our property & cleaned up well when they were done. It's been a long time since I've seen a hard working crew like this that cared enough to give great service. They didn't race out the door, they did the job right, there was a lot of little mickey mouse details that they went over at the end making sure everything was just right. Of course they showed me how to use the digital thermostat & how to maintain things. I would highly recommend A+DERR They have good warranty and Lenox is all good, can't say enough good things about my experience 😊
