Able Roof did a great job. The crew started early and went straight to work. The crew leader checked in with me to see if I had any questions, which I appreciated. They removed the old shingles and installed the new roof all in one day. They provided the most detailed estimate out of all the contractors I spoke with, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I really like the 25-year warranty, which no one else seemed to offer. Zach was great to work with—he clearly explained the estimate and the entire process. I’ve worked as a safety professional in the construction industry for over 20 years, so I understand what appropriate work practices and job-site professionalism should look like. Based on my experience, Able Roof’s crew operated safely, efficiently, and professionally throughout the project. I felt the price was fair, and they also offer 0% interest financing if needed. I didn’t need financing and am paying in full today. Thank you, Able Roof!

Update A response was posted to these particular review, I was also contacted by Juliet from able. I was giving a list of questions to respond to which I gracefully did back on July 3, 2025. I did not hear from Juliet or anyone from the able team. . I’m planning on sharing my experience with the Better Business Bureau as well. Homeowners beware. This is hands-down, the most unreliable company I have ever worked with and unfortunately, I have worked with quite a bit of them. From the beginning, this company has done absolutely nothing to earn my business. Why they’re saying under the brochure is something you will never For example, the install windows to my basement, the destroy the window frame that was originally there so I have to ask to have somebody come in and review the situation before he can’t even be fixed Not only that, because of the poor work, I now have a basement that flooding with water, please see pictures they will take no ownership and they will do absolutely nothing to correct the situation. They installed a new roof, the job was poorly executed, so I have to actually get the issue escalated before anybody Able Roof can actually fix the problem. In other words, they do not check their work and unless a client complaints, be prepared to be a stuck with a defective product. I indicated in the picture they complain in a siding work that looks absolutely horrible When I talk to Abel about it and they say they simply don’t do any pain jobs However, the problem is not a painting job, Which is not something I’ve ever asked for, The problem is that They are little section of the house are very old that for what I’ve seen on other types of siding, it is taken care of by the siding company, however, Able Roof does not care at all. The only thing they want is charge you an steep amount of money. I have spent close to $20,000 so I asked him not to finish the job. I will find somebody else now they wanna give me a fraction of what I paid for Claiming that now they had to charge a restocking fee or something along those lines. Horrible, horrible work in no ethical practices for sure.
