Yes, he was our realtor, using his extraordinary expertise to guide us through the purchase of our new home in Greensboro – a big move for us after 37 years in our previous house. Yet Chad was so much more -- he guided our daughter and son-in-law as they purchased their first home, then mentored them as they sold that starter home and bought a new house to fit their growing family. In total, Chad has been instrumental in FOUR Greensboro home sales for our family, and we are grateful beyond words for his wisdom, attention to detail, and warm and friendly professionalism. Chad did a phenomenal job of helping us with the purchase of our home in Greensboro. We lived on the NC Coast, and work full time, so traveling to see properties that were not what we were looking for or were outside of the budget was something we simply could not afford to deal with. Thanks to Chad, we never once had to deal with that. He matched us up with homes that fit the bill for our list of "must haves" and were within our budget, so when we traveled to look at properties it was fruitful. He was kind enough to help us with a couple of video tours of home when we were simply unable to travel. He walked us through the offer & purchase process, put us in contact with great mortgage lender, handled setting up all the property inspections, and was at the closing table with us on the day we purchased our new home. I could not have asked for a more communicative, knowledgeable and friendly agent to work with. When we sell & or purchase again, we will absolutely have Chad as our Realtor.
