I placed an order for pick up and when I arrived it was not ready because, as the woman at the front desk said, “it was a last minute order.” This is despite the fact that they accepted my order and promised it would be ready for pick up at the time I arrived. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my flowers to be ready (I wouldn’t be surprised if they hadn’t even started working on it) and once it was ready, I did not even receive an apology or a “thank you for waiting” from that same woman. Worst customer service ever. I will not be coming here again and I suggest everyone stay away.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Citti’s Florist! They did the flowers for my wedding, and everything was absolutely breathtaking. The arrangements completely exceeded my expectations — every bouquet, centerpiece, alter and floral detail was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Working with Chris and Adrianna was such a smooth and enjoyable process. They really took the time to listen to my vision and made it come to life effortlessly. They were kind, professional, and so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. When I saw the venue all set up, I was blown away — the flowers completely elevated the space and tied everything together so perfectly. I received so many compliments from guests, and I still smile every time I look at the photos. Thank you to the entire Citti’s Florist team for making our day so incredibly special and stunning. You truly went above and beyond!
We can’t thank Citti’s Floral enough for the absolutely stunning flowers they created for our wedding. Every arrangement was breathtaking and brought so much life, color, and elegance to our special day. The team truly went above and beyond—everything was exactly how we envisioned it (if not better!). The staff was so kind, professional, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. They listened to what we wanted and brought it to life in a way that made all the difference. We are so grateful for their talent and dedication—Citti’s Floral helped make our wedding unforgettable!
My son ordered a Mothers Day bouquet. It arrived a day late on Monday. They were beautiful however I did notice a slight brown edge on 2 of the white roses. After only 3 days some of the flowers were completely wilted and by the morning of the 5th day most flowers wilted and droopy. I feel badly that my son paid a lot of money and it didn’t even last. Very disappointed.
Paid $230 for this bouquet to be delivered 1 mile on a random Thursday (not a holiday). You be the judge whether this is a good value or not. When I called to complain, the customer service manager said that the bouquet was "as ordered" and refused to refund.
