I attended the rotational workshop at Club Pilates in Perry Hall on Saturday, May 17. The instructor, Gina, was very knowledgeable and clear with her teaching style and I loved the class! I ended with more awareness of the importance of rotational work for developing core strength and doing activities of daily living. Another instructor, Marissa, who also attended the workshop was very helpful and knowledgeable as well and ensured all participants had additional feedback and support as needed. I look forward to taking more workshops and attending class at Club Pilates in the future.
Where do I begin? After giving in to my curiosity about this studio, I finally attended an intro course and was hooked from my first “feet in straps”. I joined the same day and I now attend at least one class per day five days a week. After searching for some type of exercise that is challenging yet enjoyable, I’ve finally found the one. The customer service is exceptional. For example, I received both a text message and a phone call confirming my first class. The latter made it convenient to ask and receive answers to questions. Since joining, every single interaction I’ve had with an instructor, front desk person and the general manager has been great. They are ALWAYS pleasant, welcoming, helpful and just all around nice. For example, after joining, I didn’t read the policies as quickly as I should have and double booked myself one day. Bianca was so diplomatic, kind and professional when she brought it to my attention. Also, the couple times I’ve chatted with Breanna, I’ve been energized and uplifted by her energy and great smile. One thing that sets this studio apart from the others I’ve visited is the layout. It was thoughtfully designed and lessens the complexity of the transition between classes. The complimentary coffee and water is such a nice touch. It may sound weird but the spray we use to wipe down equipment smells so nice! ☺️ The best!
This is amazing place and how gentle yet effective the plates workout is; and their all trainers are well qualified and so polite white instructions.. I had a free intro-session with Karen yesterday and found her amazing.. today I booked an early morning session with Savanah and she was awesome too.. when we ended up the workout, I was really feeling effects on my body because Pilates workout focuses on body balance and breathing practices primarily that we usually ignore in regular gym workout.. and I felt so comfortable even though it was my second session. It sounds so peaceful in the studio.. I wish they come up with more membership options.. Bianca and Brianna both were very excellent in communicating membership options and quite helping in making me experience my Pilates workout sessions. Overall I’m so happy to get it added into my routine.. everyone should try it..
I’m really enjoying my classes. Kristin and Savannah really work us out and are delightful. I look forward to the classes each week. The studio is clean and attractive. Great location too. I highly recommend Club Pilates Perry Hall. I had a class with Taylor recently and it was GREAT! Her class was challenging for me, but I got through it and felt great about having done so. She is an AMAZING Instructor! I really love Club Pilates Perry Hall! Today I had 1.5 with Rashida…10 STARS!!!!
Today was my one hundredth class. I wanted to write my review after a few months. I doubted myself in the beginning thinking I couldn’t do it. Every week I’ve been committed and noticed my body changing. I’m more flexible, I’m sleeping better, I have energy, and I’m more positive because of the ladies here. In the beginning it was hard. Honestly took me forever to grasp table top legs, planking, and bridging ( side note I still kinda struggle but I’ve gotten better). All in all I’m happy that I have something to look forward to and to stay more active. Sending a special thank you to all the instructors. I will continue my journey to have a more active life. Can’t wait to reach two hundred and fiftieth class.
