They were very quick to come out the same day as my issue. He got my heat working on a very cold day. Not only fixed the issue, but also went above and beyond cleaning the inside of my unit. He also checked a diagnostic on all of the parts in my furnace, so that I could know what to expect as far as the upcoming potential repairs.
Great service. Showed up on a very cold day on time. Jayden explained problem and options. On next appt. which was the install and even colder, the techs Tyler, Gabe, and Preston worked quickly and efficiently. Install went great and Jayden came back today for a final post install inspection. The entire team met all expectation. Professional and knowledgeable. Will recommend to others.
Jayden was excellent, explaining everything for me! Have to order parts, then get it done. 😊 THE parts were in early Monday morning! Jayden and Gabe were here, got my heat running! Was so great having a warm house! So thankful these 2 young men got things repaired, replaced! Thank you so much Element Heating & Air!
I had a fantastic experience with my recent furnace tune-up. Tyler arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain everything he was checking. He went through the entire system thoroughly, cleaned components that clearly needed attention, and made sure everything was running safely and efficiently. I really appreciated how knowledgeable he was and how he answered all my questions without rushing. My furnace is running quieter and more smoothly now, and I feel confident going into the colder months. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking to keep their system in great shape!
Jayden was out today and able to fix our unit quickly and explained the process to me the entire step of the way. 10/10 star service. I really appreciate the quick turn over across the board with Element air. I scheduled my service yesterday afternoon and by noon today our problem is solved.
