I was so happy with our hair and makeup artists at Faye Smith. All three of my bridesmaids and my mom got their hair and makeup done, and not only did we look stunning but we also had so much fun (despite needing to wake up early!). I want to give a special shout out to Zoey, who did my bridal hair and makeup, and my maid of honour’s hair and makeup. Zoey was so attentive to my vision during the trial and on the day of, and was also just such a joy! She brought exactly the energy I needed in the morning of my big day (the perfect balance of whimsy, excitement, and calm), I was in such good hands. I’d definitely recommend Faye Smith to other brides!
I had the absolute best experience working with Faye for both my engagement shoot and my wedding day. We first met for my engagement session hair and makeup, and I knew right away I wanted her for the wedding—she nailed the look perfectly and was so easy to chat with. On my wedding day, she did an absolutely amazing job. My hair and makeup turned out exactly as I had imagined, and I received so many compliments throughout the day. Everything lasted beautifully, even through happy tears and hours of dancing! Both my engagement and wedding looks photographed beautifully too. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. She made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. I can’t recommend Faye enough—she is amazing at what she does and made me feel my absolute best on such an important day.
I had an incredible experience getting my hair and makeup done here. Faye was truly AMAZING. She’s one of those rare people who is not only incredibly talented, but also warm, kind, and so easy to be around. She worked quickly while still delivering absolute perfection, every detail was flawless. I felt so beautiful and so confident when I left, and it honestly exceeded every expectation I had. I was so happy with the entire experience, and I would go back to Faye in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!
I worked with Faye Smith Agency for my bridal hair and makeup. Their coordination team was lovely to deal (which includes Faye herself). They paired me with Gretell, one of the agency's bridal makeup artists and hair stylists, and she was definitely the perfect fit! Gretell is incredibly talented, super fun to chat with, and made the whole process feel easy and collaborative. On the wedding day, my makeup was flawless and stayed in place all night long. My hair was absolutely perfect, too (exactly how I pictured it!). If you’re looking for a bridal hair and makeup artist (HMUA) in Vancouver / the Lower Mainland, and you want to work with someone who listens, collaborates, and delivers long-lasting, gorgeous results, Gretell is the one. She’s professional, warm, and amazing at what she does.
Faye and her entire team were far and away the best vendor team I worked with for my wedding in September ‘24. Straightforward, accommodating, listened to you, and above all SO TALENTED. Faye did my hair and makeup and hair for my bridal party. and she brought in the lovely Jess at True Beauty Makeup Artistry to do my party’s makeup. My trial was amazing and the day of was even better. We also booked their touch up service during cocktail hour and a look change after dinner- Faye was so on top of it and absolutely killed it. I’ve never felt so beautiful. I also thought their service and travel fees were very reasonable compared to other vendors I was considering! If you are a BC or PNW bride I cannot recommend Faye Smith Agency enough!
