Shawn did a great job... Fox Plumbing was called out by Fox Electric (Juan) and Sean came to the house, diagnosed the issue and then came back the next morning and fixed it! I greatly enjoyed talking to him and I recommend him for any job... He actually is the trainer for 2 new Fox employees and was great with them and me as the customer!
Silence Redfearn was great. What surprised me was she arrived on time, not between the time booked, but the top of the hour. It was perfect. She took care of the details and even investigated an issue to see if I was still set to the right settings. Very personable. I think she is a great asset to the Fox team.
