Good customer service. A new ring had lost one of its stones but it was examined and found to be a manufacturing fault. Alex at Liverpool One arranged for a replacement, gave me the option to select a different style if I'd prefer, checked the sizing, and explained the process. He was very professional and reassuring.
I was served by Sian twice in the same week. She was absolutely lovely, so helpful and fun to chat with. Made the second visit more enjoyable because I knew she was interested in helping me find the right item again and actually listened to what I was saying! 10/10 😊
I went to H. Samuel to buy my mum earrings for her birthday. I was served by Valenja at the Liverpool One store and was very happy with my purchase and the service. The store was well maintained and well staffed. Valenja was super helpful and friendly. She upsold me a necklace to go with the earrings and a nice gift box and insurance to cover accidental damage to the earrings. My mum was over the moon with her set. I also received discount for my next visit and would definitely shop there again and recommend to friends.
Yesterday we went to H.Samuel liverpool one and our experience was amazing. We met Ava she showed us a huge collection of diamond rings and she was just amazing in her work and give every detail of every ring which we asked and did satisfied us. Mia at The Liverpool store (Liverpool One) was very helpful indeed. She was informative about the products, approachable, friendly and professional. I had birthday money to spend and so she helped me to try a few different bracelets on, and then let me go away and think about it, without pressure. I returned to the store, asked for Mia and purchased one of the bracelets I had tried on earlier. With my receipt I was given a £25 voucher, so then Mia helped me choose a pair of earrings, bit of an impulse buy. Mia's customer service skills were very good!
