The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They happily helped me to size my finger and cleaned my fiancé’s ring within minutes. Would highly recommend.
Had my rings reshaped today on the premises. Lovely friendly people and super service. I shall certainly go back for any other jewellery repairs ( and purchases) highly recommend this establishment.

Couldn’t fault the service I received today. My finger had become badly swollen meaning I couldn’t get my wedding rings off, I was struggling to find a jewellers and then came across this one. I phoned to check they offered that service and after arriving they had taken them off within minutes no bother at all and wouldn’t even take any money off me for it. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be returning to get my repairs done.
I had a great experience with Tom. He was professional, friendly, and really knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The service was excellent, and I felt looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend speaking to Tom if you’re looking for quality jewellery and honest advice.
