After being told by three other jewellers that they couldn't fix my broken earring, I was relieved that Jim accepted the job. He warned me that it would be tricky but I was happy to take a chance. Not only did he make a great job of the damaged earring, he repaired the other one that had been poorly soldered with lead, and resoldered with silver. I'm delighted that my pretty silver, pearl and garnet earrings are wearable again!
Went to this gentleman after seeing the great reviews online - he did not disappoint. He fixed my diamond engagement ring for a great price - so I've been back to get my rings rhodium plated and taken a necklace in for repair. Always fast friendly service at a great price. Have recommended him to friends who have been equally impressed. He's now our go to guy for anything jewellery related
Took my wedding ring in to be made a size smaller and it was done the same day at a great price. It was also polished to look like new, very happy.
Took my dad's signet ring to jm jewllers. Jim had the ring ready before we had agreed. I then tried the ring on and found it was slightly too large, which was my mistake. He then took the ring back and resized with no issues and done it on the day! No sales techniques just honest. Thanks again Jim!
