This pre-built pc case so cryptic I could not change cpu cooler myself. I initially took my pc to other tech place but they straight up said they won't be able finish in same day. Then I found this place on google and noticed that it's got 5.0 review so I took this pc to Mediavision. Kyrollos was friendly and professional. He took my pc and finished the task in same day, which was insane considering the case is small and super difficult to disassemble. Changed stock air cooler to 240mm aio. Kyrollos did an amazing job. Cannot recommend this place more
They did a great job on helping me build my custom PC! He helped me with the entire process and helped me pick out a great case! And the price was fair and great! I never had a high end gaming PC before and now I do thanks to MediaVision!
I had a failing hard drive and I didn’t feel comfortable doing the install since I had to also upgrade to Windows 11. I found MediaVision through Chat GPT as a very reliable company in Orange County and I decided to call them. I spoke to Kiro and he was very polite and helpful, suggesting the best SSD drive for my computer. He came over a few days later and brought all his equipment. Kiro is very knowledgeable which is great since I have a beefy workstation that I use for all my 3D work. He installed the new drive, updated the BIOS and installed Windows 11. The computer is running perfectly now and I could not be happier with his work. I highly recommended MediaVision and Kiro, specially if you have complex computer setups like I have.
MediaVision was incredible to work with. Their communication was great from start to finish, and their pricing was both fair and completely transparent. I brought in my PC with a no-power issue, and not only did they fix it quickly, but they also went above and beyond by configuring a new storage device for me at no extra cost. They took the time to explain everything clearly and walk me through what was wrong and how they resolved it. Fast turnaround, honest service, and truly exceptional care, highly recommend MediaVision for any PC or IT needs.
Media vision is the best...I brought my computer to Mediavision after experiences gpu blackscreens and slower than usual speeds and stutter on my computer..But Kyro Fixed everything...let me give you the rundown of what he did. He cloned my OS and files to a new SSD AND ORGANIZED MY FILES. Fixed overheating issues with my M.2 Drive, unlocking its remaining 75% capacity, added thermal pads, installed a new operating system. and updated 27 updates worth of BIOS updates. FIXED my gpu issues and updated all drivers. Replaced my fans and even bought it himself on amazon. A FREE computer dust cleaning too!. Also he game me random discounts i greatly appreciated too! Just an amazing and easy overall experience. THANK YOU KyrO AND MEDIAVISION.
