Eddie responded quickly to my plea for help and came out within the day to look at an awkward leak from a lead mains pipe embedded in a wall. They came back the next day to replace the whole pipe from under the floor up to the loft. Really grateful for the fast service, as the dining room was in danger of turning into a paddling pool.
I had a bathroom installed by Mossley Hill Plumbers. The job was finished to a high standard and in a quick timeframe and was reasonably priced. I was away at the time that the job was done but didn’t need to chase for anything and snagging was completed as well - no loose ends or bits hanging off! When issues did pop up with the supplied units Mossley Hill Plumbing liaised with the suppliers and managed to smooth things over without intervention from my end. The finished product is a delight. Highly recommend.
Our toilet broke and started to leak water last night. We contacted Mossley Hill plumbers to see if they could send out a plumber. They were able to fit us in to their schedule (which given how good they were I'm sure they were busy). Eddie kept me up to date where he was up to with his work load so that I could get on with other stuff and wasn't kept in limbo!! Eddie quickly identified the issue and fixed it for us, cleaned up after too!! Very professional and friendly!! Price was very reasonable too especially for emergency plumber!!! highly recommend!!! :-)
We had Eddie and his team to do our bathroom ensuite renovation. Can't sing their praises high enough. They did an excellent job and from start to finish the job went smoothly. I got taken into hospital unexpectedly at the beginning but Eddie stepped up and took over the sourcing of materials and sending them over for us to approve so it kept the job on track. Fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team thank you so much for our lovely ensuite we love it.
I had a complete bathroom renovation done by Mossley Hill Plumbers in Nov 2020. I had a design prepared and Eddie and his team executed it perfectly in 3-4 weeks. Eddie took care of sourcing and delivery of all the fixtures and fittings and consulted with me along the way. He also managed the entire project so there was no need to worry about the scheduling of plumbers, plasterers, electricians, tilers or decorators. As typical during any project, the design had a few changes along the way. Some forced, some down to my whims. Eddie met them all with enthusiasm and expertise. The company strapline is "Reliable.TrustWorthy.Professional". I can certainly vouch for all 3. Indeed I would happily add friendly and approachable. If you need a new bathroom, look no futher! Thanks Eddie and the team for a fantastic job.
