Former Nobu Chef Shine delivers a great dinner experience very close to Nobu in an intimate smaller setting with the diverse menu. Nigiri is on point although the rice is slightly different. Rolls are very good. Torched salmon and Salmon black garlic were our favorites. Also good service. All around a Dallas leading sushi restaurant contender. Definitely coming back to try more things.

Chef Isaac elevated the entire evening with his attention to detail, knowledge, and passion for his craft. This wasn’t just dinner it was a performance of culinary artistry!”
We ordered takeout for an 8 person birthday party and the food was a MASSIVE hit. Everyone… even those typically not fans of sushi, LOVED the food. Fresh, lovely and tasty beyond compare. Service was beyond great. I asked them to hook me up for eight people and they didn’t miss a beat. I took praise from the guests for ordering the perfect spread, but in reality, Joseph did it all. He asked about dietary restrictions and preferences and what we picked up and served as PERFECT!!! Thanks, team Pearl for making my wife’s birthday such a special night!!!!!
The food is served like art form here; however portion size is very small. I brought some korean friends here for first time. They were visiting Dallas for a week. They were shocked by portion size and were looking for side dishes. Hehehe; taste was amazing 👏
Favorite sushi in Dallas - absolutely love how creative and fun the sushi is and it is SO consistent. I’ve been 4 times and haven’t had a single bite that wasn’t amazing. The vibe is perfect for date night or catching up with friends, music is perfect volume and the playlist is top notch, food is obviously incredible and the cocktails are 10/10.
